The dough for our pizza is an original composition of an Italian chef based on the Neapolitan dough.
We produce them from a specially selected mixture of flour and a small amount of yeast, and then let it mature for at least 24 hours.
The long fermentation process gives the dough a unique taste and makes it easy to digest, fluffy and crunchy.
We also focused on the non-standard shape of our Pinsa alla Romana style pizza in order to provide you with a unique taste and aesthetic experience.
Due to the fact that we do not roll but gently spread the dough in our hands, after baking it remains extremely soft and delicate inside and brittle at the edges.
Our pizza toppings change seasonally and come from local suppliers to ensure the freshness and high quality of the products served.
